The Idea is Born
André and Christian manage their HOAs independently. Both frustrated with expensive managers and spreadsheet chaos. The decision: there has to be a better way.
2025
Development Begins
endcore GmbH starts building WEGly as an independent product. Built by owners for owners, not for external property managers.
2025
Beta Phase
First HOAs test WEGly in closed beta. Real owners provide feedback that flows directly into the product development.
2026
Official Launch
WEGly officially launches. 10+ HOAs already manage themselves with the platform. Starting at 7 EUR per unit per month.
