We dream of every small HOA – whether a 2-unit or 8-unit building – taking management into their own hands. With clarity, legal compliance, and without frustration.
It All Started with Our 6-Unit Building
We are owners of a small HOA ourselves. Like many other small HOAs, we had the classic problems:
- No property management takes us on (6 units = too small)
- Those who did wanted €400–600/month
- Spreadsheet chaos, email confusion, disputes about "who owes whom"
- Worry: Are we doing the accounting legally correctly?
We thought: There must be a better solution. After research we found: There were no specialized tools for small HOAs. Everything was too complex, too expensive, too generic.
So we decided: We'll build our own solution. Not for large management companies – for HOAs like ours. Today, over 10 small HOAs use WEGly. And we solve the same problem for others that we had ourselves.
