A WEG thrives on the collaboration of all owners. With WEGly, you can easily invite your co-owners via email and assign appropriate access permissions.
Sending Invitations
Navigate to the "Owners" section in your WEG workspace. Click "Invite Owners" and enter the email addresses of your co-owners. You can add multiple addresses at once.
Invitation Email
Each invited owner receives an email with a personal invitation link. After clicking the link, the owner can register and immediately has access to the WEG.
Managing Access Rights
WEGly has different roles:
- Administrator: Full access to all functions
- Board Member: Extended rights for advisory board members
- Owner: Standard access to documents and voting
Tips for Getting Started
Inform your co-owners in advance about the switch to WEGly. A brief letter or announcement at the next meeting helps with acceptance.
